Lee Ridoutt
Principal Consultant

The Director of Human Capital Alliance since 1989, Lee has broad expertise in analysing the services provided by both individual organisations and whole industries and assessing the appropriateness of service delivery to meet customer needs. His specific expertise lies in working with, managing and analysing the health sector, to design workforce plans to suit supply and demand determinants.

 

Michelle Strickland
Senior Consultant

Michelle has over 15 years management experience, and has worked extensively in vocational education and training, employment and labour market services, human resources, rehabilitation services and housing. Michelle’s consulting experience focuses on working with public and not-for-profit organisations in the areas of education, health and community services.  Michelle specialises in research and policy advice, business and strategic planning, evaluation, change management and productivity improvement and project management

 

Joanne Bagnulo
Project Manager

Joanne is HCAs senior project manager, and focuses on tracking and monitoring project operations and budgets.  She has ten years of project management, teaching, human resources and marketing experience in education and humanitarian settings in Africa and Australia.

 

Victoria Pilbeam
Staff Consultant

Victoria joined HCA in 2007 and since then has been involved in projects relating to suicide prevention and mental health within a workplace setting for the OzHelp Foundation. This involves assisting OzHelp to evolve into a national organisation and researching new industry applications for their programs. Victoria has also undertaken roles in research projects for the Department of Human Services and other HCA clients.

 

Jade Biason

Research Analyst

Jade joined HCA in 2007, providing project research, data analysis and administrative assistance. She brings her economics and data analysis specialty to HCA, and since joining, has been extensively involved in many projects such as those for the Department of Human Services, Department of Health and Ageing, and the Beyondblue Perinatal Mental Health Consortium.

 

Chris Bell

Financial Controller

Chris has vast commercial experience in a wide variety of industries gained over his long professional career. Chris has managed HCA’s accounts and financial operations for the last five years.

 

Stephanie Day

Project Officer

Currently completing a Bachelor of Social Science, Stephanie has acquired skills and an interest for qualitative and quantitative data collection, research and analysis. Whilst at HCA, Stephanie has worked on projects which include clients from the Department of Health and Ageing, OzHelp Foundation and Northern Territory Department of Health and Families.

 

Grace Kim
Data Analyst
Grace has a Masters in Computer Engineering, and was previously a part time lecturer in database concept and structure for the National Open University. She has also completed a Diploma in web development, information technology at TAFE. Relatively new to HCA, Grace has become a valuable asset in maintaining our client databases as well as providing data analysis to various projects including those for the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.
