Compilation of Database of Human Resources for Health Organisations, Individuals and Professional Bodies.
Human Capital Alliance was commissioned to undertake the development of a database of potential health human resource partrners for the Health Human Resource HUB recently established at UNSW with AusAid funding. The development of the database required contacting key individuals within the field to gain insight and firm preferences. Whilst completing the database several fields were needed to identify each organization's strengths. The HR firms and institutions relevant to the health sector were ranked in terms of their involvement, HR category, and key individuals in order to objectively scale the relevant institutions and firms of desirability of preference.
