OzHelp and DEEWR Graduate Professional Development Program.

HCA supported its long term strategic partner, OzHelp Foundation to adapt and pilot their existing Lifeskill’s Toolbox training program for Apprentices in the building and construction industry to suit graduates in structured graduate programs in white collar industries. This project was commissioned by Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and involved the adaptation and development of a Graduate Lifeskills Program (GDP), pilot testing of the GDP with graduates in structured graduate programs across four public sector organisations and one private legal firm and an evaluation conducted by the Hunter Institute for Mental Health.

The project was positively received by participating organisations and is now being delivered by OzHelp as a fee for service program.
